Sparkling Clear Delivers a Drop-In Filtration Upgrade for Texas Chemical Plant
February 26, 2025

When a Texas Gulf Coast chemical plant noticed their potable water filters were rusting out, they needed a reliable solution—fast. The existing filter housings were obsolete, and sourcing replacement parts had become a hassle. That’s where Sparkling Clear stepped in.

The Challenge

The plant’s filtration system was aging, and their rusty filter housings were not only an eyesore but also a growing maintenance issue. Finding parts for these outdated housings was becoming more difficult, and they needed a drop-in replacement that would improve performance without a complete system overhaul.

Our Solution

We provided drop-in replacement filter housings designed to seamlessly replace the old ones. But we didn’t stop there—our team made fabrication modifications to ensure the new housings fit the plant’s existing setup, saving them time and hassle.

The Results

With their upgraded filtration system in place, the plant saw improved performance and easier filter changeouts. No more fighting with hard-to-find parts or dealing with corroded equipment. Just a smooth, efficient solution built to last.

Why It Matters

Filtration is critical in industrial settings, especially when it comes to potable water. A well-functioning system means safer, cleaner water and less downtime for maintenance. By providing a practical solution, we helped this chemical plant keep operations running smoothly without unnecessary complexity.

Located in Freeport, TX, this project is just one example of how Sparkling Clear delivers smart, reliable filtration solutions that work.

At Sparkling Clear Industries, we take pride in helping our customers solve real problems with practical, reliable solutions. One of our current projects is a great example of what that looks like in action. A local manufacturer came to us with a costly challenge: their wastewater stream contained enough oil and grease that it had to be hauled offsite for treatment. That process was costing them nearly $40,000 every month. Instead of continuing to pay for disposal, they wanted a long-term, on-site solution. Our team got to work.
