Pre-engineered, cataloged systems are available to provide exchange capacities from 15,000 to 3,000,000 grains of hardness removal per vessel and service flow rates up to 750 gallons per minute per vessel.

Increased flow rates and greater treatment capacities can be achieved by banking multiple vessels together. Water Softener Systems will also provide increased flow rates, additional capacity and continuous, uninterrupted softened water.

LIQUITRON™ DC4000 Series, Conductivity Controller

The LIQUITRON™ DC4000 Series Conductivity Controller is a microprocessor based control system that will operate in a variety of water treatment applications. Designed specifically as a bleed and feed cooling tower controller or boiler controller.

The DC4000 provides a set point and relay for conductivity control, and a variety of timer functions to control chemical addition.

Programming this controller is simple and is accomplished using only three keys.

The backlit LCD display and LEDs provide visual indication of operating conditions and equipment status.

LIQUITRON™ DP5000 Series pH Controller

The LIQUITRON™ DP5000 Series is a dual channel pH Controller providing either relay or proportional pulse outputs to drive chemical metering pumps. A custom backlit display provides constant information regarding controller conditions with convenient easy to use navigation.

High and low alarm points, delay and limit timers, and other programmable features make the DP5000 the most adaptive pH controller available.

962 AquaMatic Stager Control

An easily adaptable control of stagers for diaphragm valve nests. This fully programmable series of controls provide the ability to fine tune the operation to meet application requirements.
