Delivering a Wastewater Solution That Saves Big

At Sparkling Clear Industries, we take pride in helping our customers solve real problems with practical, reliable solutions. One of our current projects is a great example of what that looks like in action.

A local manufacturer came to us with a costly challenge: their wastewater stream contained enough oil and grease that it had to be hauled offsite for treatment. That process was costing them nearly $40,000 every month.

Instead of continuing to pay for disposal, they wanted a long-term, on-site solution. Our team got to work.

Built Around Their Needs

We designed a customized wastewater treatment system capable of handling their 10 GPM wastewater stream. The goal: remove oil and grease efficiently and bring treatment in-house, reducing operating costs and eliminating the need for offsite disposal.

With the system design approved, fabrication is now underway. Below are the project drawings alongside the first stages of fabrication—showcasing how a concept becomes reality.

Practical Solutions, Built to Last

This project reflects what we do every day:
From detailed drawings to custom fabrication, Sparkling Clear Industries helps customers tackle their unique industrial filtration and wastewater challenges with dependable, cost-saving solutions.

As fabrication continues, we’ll share more updates on the build and installation process. If your facility is facing similar challenges, or if you’re simply looking for ways to reduce waste handling costs, our team is here to help.

We’ve got you covered!✨

We’re proud to share that Sparkling Clear Industries (SCI) is featured in the November/December issue of BIC Magazine, highlighting how our team helps facilities address one of the toughest and most universal challenges in industry, wastewater treatment . No matter the sector — petrochemical, consumer goods, or manufacturing — wastewater is a reality. Streams must be treated for reuse or safe discharge, and filtration plays a critical role in that process. It helps plants remove solids, protect downstream systems, reduce disposal costs, and stay compliant with tightening environmental regulations. For more than 40 years, filtration has been at the core of what we do. Whether supplying consumables, solving urgent compliance issues, or collaborating on long-term system design, our goal remains the same: to help customers stay compliant, efficient, and confident in their operations.
