Recently our team successfully completed a sand filter refurbishment project for a client who needed epoxy liner replacement for 3 vessels. Once our client shipped the sand filters to us we performed a comprehensive diagnosis to assess where additional improvements could be made. After epoxy liner replacement, we removed stainless steel internal screens and headers then applied a fresh epoxy coating to the vessel for superior protection and longevity. Our efforts resulted in a successfully refurbished vessel shipped back to the clients original location on schedule.
